Makers is a first-of-its-kind, producer-only collaborative. We exist in the space between idea and reality, working with innovators, dreamers, brands, start-ups, philanthropists, VCs, studios and creative agencies to make anything. Yes, anything. The ideal Executive Producer has significant experience in digital production, either in a production company, agency environment, or client in-house production team. You have a proven track record of making the impossible possible and you’re comfortable navigating all production matters, whether it's building digital products, creating digital content, or XM. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys problem-solving. You’ll probably have a decade of experience under your belt but hopefully you’ve worked in a wide variety of environments - client-side, production-side, agency-side, dev-side, etc.

What We Want From You:

  • Onboarding projects, leading scoping/talent selection for projects, as well as managing a portfolio of client business and being responsible for the health of those relationships.
  • This role means you are accountable for the quality and craftsmanship of the ideas we are entrusted to produce as well as the financial health of the projects and relationships you run. 
  • This also will mean overseeing producers on your projects - ensuring they provide a great client experience through innovative solutions, thoughtful management of the process AND are respectful of our industry partners.


  • Helping contribute to a training and learning culture for producers to continue to grow and improve in their jobs - as well as having your radar up for great talent to join our organization in an employment, contract or associate role.

  • Positively contribute to making Makers the best it can be - whether that means encouraging the team to conform to a consistent Makers Way of producing, providing feedback on policies/processes/procedures or developing new ways of doing things that continue to reshape our industry.

  • Every Maker should be proud enough to recommend our services within their network and as such, we want to create an overall team growth culture. This can mean at times you will lead business development opportunities, at times work in tandem with Business Directors, Sumit & Paul, or other EPs on opportunities, or at other times provide counsel during the scoping phase of new business opportunities and lead the production phase of projects once they are concrete.
